(9) The CA Product Line of backstops are an integral part of the reducer. The unique non-roll over cam design is key for the prevention of reverse rotation in the reducer. This feature prevents damage to the gears, shafts and drive train. BR-HT Series Cam Clutch
(108) BR-HT is mainly used in backstop applications as an integral part of a gear reducer. Prevention of reverse rotation for inclined conveyor and bucket elevator are typical application BR-HT assures not only the immediate backstop function under high torque, but also long service life by the “lift-off” design. (17) BSEU Series Cam Clutch was developed as a user-friendly backstopping Cam Clutch. It has cam and roller construction which is the same as the smaller size BS Series Cam Clutch. The outer race has a special shape which combines the torque arm providing easy installation. These Cam Clutches are shipped pre-lubricated with grease and ready for installation.
